Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified by bet24net may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

bet24net recommends that players use a strong, unique password for their account and enable all available security features, including OTP (one-time PIN) verification via their registered Philippine mobile number.
bet24net accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. bet24net does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
Deposits are generally credited to your bet24net account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used. bet24net is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on your account and that are registered in your own name. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process to bet24net's satisfaction.
bet24net aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform for each payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.
bet24net reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay or withhold payment pending the outcome of such checks. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
All transactions on bet24net are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. bet24net is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
bet24net offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. bet24net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification, except where required by applicable law or regulation.
All games available on the bet24net Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All random number generator (RNG) games on bet24net are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games use physical equipment under continuous camera surveillance. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels.
bet24net reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account. bet24net's decision in such matters is final.
Note: Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout (e.g., a game displaying an incorrect odds multiplier due to a technical fault) are not valid and will not be honoured. bet24net will notify affected players and return their original stake.

You may close your bet24net account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
bet24net reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, bet24net may forfeit any balance held in the account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
